• This home is a walk-up unit with 4 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 4 vehicles.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Not pet friendly

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located to the right of the front door and actively monitoring the external entry area.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
