This gorgeous home is very spacious with a perfect layout for large family gatherings! There is a split floor plan with the suite attached. Enjoy having two full kitchens, two living rooms, TVs throughout, high-speed WiFi, an on-site washer/dryer, and the star of the home: a private screened swimming pool. The location of this home is quite convenient; you will be just a short walk to the beach with the beach path right behind the home.

This home also features a Pack N' Play, highchair, play saucer, baby seat, and toys and games for the kids.

There were only 2 hair dryers for 5 women and one of those didn’t work. The thermostat in the main living area didn’t work but they came & fixed it right away. We found lots of bugs in the house. The shower in the upstairs bathroom would only produce hot water. There was a shirt left in one of the bedroom cabinets. The size of the house was great and we all loved having our own bedroom & bathroom. The pool was dirty and the patio was very dusty. Overall a nice house.

Love the place but terrible post visit communication

The place was great and fit in our needs. Wanna leave a better review, but have continued to be ignored on all other messages communication by VRBO. Need someone to respond to my messages.

A big beach house haven

We rented this house for our family beach week vacation. We were happy with the location - the house is an easy drive from JAX and an easy walk to the beach (5 minutes out the back door). However, while the house is big and there is plenty of space- it needs upkeep inside and outside including the pool. The cleanliness of the house needs improvement. We had an unclean/ hygienic issue with a bed which was resolved the next day after notifying management. Another cleanliness issue in the kitchen took days to get a response from management and a resolution. The house is not well stocked so bring hand soap, and cleaning supplies for cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen. The screened in pool and patio have holes in the screen which means bugs and lizards get in. As other guests have noted- the pool isn’t heated and the water is cold (since it’s under trees) but it’s refreshing after a hot day at the beach. We enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the resort area but would not rent again considering the downsides.

This is a beautiful home with spacious accommodations for a great vacation house!

Everything was outstanding . The only thing that needed to be done was the carpet in the queen bedroom needed to be cleaned! We would rent this house again! It is fabulous! We had ten adults ages 65-90 and it accompanied everyone with plenty of space. Our group wants to rent this place again!

A lovely home

A lovely home - The pool and pool deck needed some immediate attention when we arrived, and Vacasa had the area and pool cleaned beautifully the next morning. Our whole family would definitely stay there again!

Lots of space

This place works well for multiple families. Beach is a short walk. The pool is not heated but the kids enjoyed it. There is a shortage of outside seating. Please be aware, there are two steps (or more) to most of the bedrooms.

Great place

We enjoyed this lovely home. It was clean, spacious and with plenty of room for at least 2 families. There is a pathway just through the property fence to the beach. We enjoyed the decks including the pool deck as it was screened in. There was lots of wildlife on the island for all to see. It was a nice property inside a gated community.

Family vacation

The home is perfect for a family gathering. There were a few minor issues and the management company was quick to respond. Home was clean, and comfortable for all, Kids and adults. If we were to return to Amelia Island, we would go right back to this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The design of the home was perfect for the multiage experience. My only criticism is that the second kitchen was poorly equipped.The home's proximity to the beach was amazing!

Perfect beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was fabulous. There were 12 of us, 6 being children and with the floor plan we never felt crowded. The room upstairs with the toys was a godsend. The location was perfect, very private with the gate to the beach path right off the pool. The kitchen was wonderful and the table sat all 12 of us. The ease of check in and out was great also. The pool was a little dirty and the house could have been cleaner. The patio furniture was a little worn. The kitchen had a variety of dishes but could use more silverware and plates. We ordered take out for dinner every night so we had plates and silver. The rental company was super helpful answering all my questions. Overall the perfect vacation and would rent here again.

A Very Pleasant Surprise!

Our daughter- in-law was a 1st yr. resident at a hospital in Jax. Because of the Covid risk to her & us, we had to cancel. We were all bummed:( Can you imagine how surprised & happy we all were to arrive to this beautiful home a year later! The cousins were elated to see their upstairs private room. We loved everything about the house & property, and especially the photos of the owners! These were a great reminder that a family opened up their home to others.

AC had a problem but it was taken care of very quickly and they loaned a fan to get by. (Only one room was affected.)They kept us informed very well. Would suggest more than 8 dinner plates for the main kitchen for a 5 bedroom house. Not a deal breaker, but constantly had to wash plates. Also, there could be some small plastic storage containers with lids. We knew to bring our own this time. No way to store food. And there are no wine/cocktail glasses. These are MINOR things and in no way a bad review. I own a vacation rental also, so I understand the issues. Great pool, patio, yard, large washer and dryer; great overall. My whole family LOVES the house!!! ❤️❤️👙🩳🏖

Perfect home for our family vacation

Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year to rent this spacious home for our family vacation — the home is perfect for our family of 13 (7 adults and 6 kids ages 4-12) as it provides areas where all can gather, yet also provides space for alone time. The location is residential which is beautiful and quiet - and the paved path out the back yard gate offers a short stroll through the trees to the beach. We cooked most meals and the kitchens (2) are fully equipped. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a half bath off the main kitchen - great for allowing everyone their own space. The bonus room over the garage is perfect for the kids bedroom. After a day at the beach, the kids enjoyed playing in the pool with a screened lanai. In addition, a gas grill is located on the back deck. The two driveways offer ample parking and the grounds are well maintained. Overall the home is just as the photos depict and we highly recommend.

Ladies Trip to the Beach

The property was in a great location, and met our needs well. The only downside was a lack of pool equipment, old outdoor furniture and not any nice wine glasses, just plastic!

A Great Place for Family Members of All Ages

The kids loved the option of a swimming pool as well the closeness of the beach. Grandparents enjoyed the lovely shaded walkways and beautiful landscaping. Lots of space to spread out inside, and a nice deck/lanai outside. Playground a short walk away and Publix a 15 minute drive.

Wonderful Place to Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 11 vacationed in this home for a week and had a wonderful time. Great floor plan. We had plenty of room to eat, lounge, and play together. And, when someone had to get away from the crowd there was plenty of room to do so. The pool was great for the kids and the decks around the house were nice to sit on. A bonus...each bedroom had their own bathroom and TV. The Omni property was perfect. A lot of paved trails to walk/run on. Great access to the beach from the house and from the trails. The beach was beautiful. We cooked and had take-out from from the local restaurants, did not dine in or outside because of COVID. Grocery store very near. Check-in/out procedure was easy. Management and staff always ready to help. A nice touch was the guest book to thank the owners.
