Apartment is located above a Security Showroom directly across from St. Mary's Hospital (where several members of the Royal Family were born) and only a one minute walk from Paddington Station.

There are several flights of stairs to climb (approx 39 steps) after entering through the front door so access to disabled or elderly may be limited.

Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by black & white tiled floor, huge windows and a large well equipped kitchen/living area. There is a ground floor bathroom featuring shower, toilet and sink! The apartment is tastefully furnished with modern furniture throughout.

Up one flight of stairs you will find the three bedrooms, the bathroom and a utility closet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third is smaller and features a bunk bed (sleeps 2). Please be aware that these bunk beds, particually the top bunk is best suited to children or a smaller person.
Floors on the upper level are hardwood except for the bathroom which features black and white tiling.

Recessed lighting is featured throughout the apartment. There is central heating, and fans are provided during the summer months.
