Modern flat in the center of Valencia

Modern decor and a quieter choice of apartment yet still very central. It has room for 3 guests.

The studio apartment is all one space but has been cleverly designed to give the feeling of separate areas; one for the living room area and kitchen, another as bedroom and bath.

The bedroom has a double bed. The design makes it a chic & modern area and very original.

The living room is comprised of one comfortable sofa bed, which can be used for the one extra guest, large TV, DVD and music system. This is a great place to sit back and relax and chill.

Kitchen is open to the dining room , and is on par with the rest of the apartment, totally new & equipped
Optional parking , 12€ day.

The property is ideal for a couple. The location is noisy, as in the centre and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The host is very communicative in English and is very flexible, when possible. We enjoyed our stay as the location is very convenient for visiting the various landmarks.

Love Valencia!

Fantastic location in a quite small studio but perfect for two people. We loved the town with all the shopping and restaurants close. We would have liked better towels and bedding though.

A nice place for a stay in Valencia

A quite small studio in a perfect location in the centre of Valencia. Enough room for two people if you are mostly outside, enjoying the weather and the lovely city of Valencia. Javier gave us a plan and his recommendations for interesting places and good restaurants, very supportive! Wifi, TV and Air condition worked very well!

Outstanding location!

Host, Javier, went above and beyond with helping us get a car in the centro to the very close parking garage by meeting us in a nearby location so we could follow him through the one-way maze of skinny streets of the historic center. If you are driving in that area, you need that assistance and Javier made it easy.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of the old town area of Valencia. A bit of a sewer smell coming from the sinks/clothes washer, but generally clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great food within walking distance, if you just steer clear of any place with pictures of food on the menu.

Perfect Location in Valencia

This apartment has a wonderful location with most of the main sights easily walkable. There is an elevator, but it is the smallest I have ever seen, but the apartment is just one flight up. The bed is low but comfortable. The living room sofa and chair could use better covers. Javier was very helpful. Valencia is a beautiful, vibrant city.

Eine sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Bussen, Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt, wobei die Wohnung ist schon sehr klein. Dafür ist alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem. Das Einzige was etwas gestört hat, ist der Geruch des Abwassers, der manchmal zu stark war. Die Lage ist toll für alles, was man in Valencia unternehmen will.

Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ideal für zwei Personen, um die schöne Altstadt zu erkunden. Sie liegt optimal in der Fußgängerzone nahe der Catedral. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt nur ein paar Schritte um die Ecke (Linien z.B 32,C1,31). Der Check-in /Check-out waren problemlos. Unser Gastgeber hat uns vor dem Haus persönlich begrüßt, in die FeWo geführt und alles gut erklärt. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns über Valencia's hightlights informiert. Er gab uns seine Telefonnummer - für alle Fälle. Wir haben uns in der FeWo richtig wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Ce n'était pas tout à fait conforme à la photo sur le site. Le mobilier est défraîchi, ils l'ont recouvert de draps pour masquer l'usure. Le divan lit à besoin de remplacement.Il y a des signes d'usures les portes d'armoires ferment mal etc.Nous avons aimé le fait d'avoir une laveuse pour le linge.Nous avions réservé 8 jours et 3 petits rouleaux de papier hygiénique ce n'est pas suffisant .Nous avons eu du mal a trouver le lieu de l'hébergement, le taxi ne nous a pas amené à l'adresse prétextant que c'était piétonnier. En bref nous avons pas apprécié, je ne veux pas aller dans tout les détails de notre insatisfaction , jadis il aurait mérité un meilleur score.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Valencia! Javier was so accomodating. He was very easy to communicate with. He was waiting for us when we got there and gave us all the information we needed to get around the city and see everything we wanted to see. The apartment is in the perfect location, close to everything. It was so nice to be able to pop in there to rest our get what we needed while we were out for the day. The apartment is well equipped with dishes and bedding and the bed is very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again.

Smack dab in the center of the city!

You can see part of the cathedral from your door and there is a restaurant right outside the door. The absolute best and most central location in the city. Massive amounts of restaurants and sights all steps away. Easy walking distance to central market as well. While not a four star hotel (one other review noted tired) - you won't find a nicer property owner, nor a better location. Javier the owner is a gem and the location is priceless. My personal opinion would be couples or singles only (due to space for luggage) - but there is a pull out bed which would be ok for a child. If you're driving - ask Javier (the owner) about parking. He has options which he owns in the city and they may (or may not) be available during your stay. Thanks Javier for a great stay to reunite with my son!

This location is fabulous however the flat is extremely tired and has not been properly cleaned in a long time, the walls, bathroom, oven are unclean, the shower is not clean...

Premier location

I was so surprised that the location of the apartment could be SO central, yet so quiet. I never hear a sound at night. The checkin process was very smooth as was the checkout process. The apartment was fully equipped as advertised with any item one might need. I was able to wash clothes, make coffee and toast bread every morning, open wine, and all the necessary plates, cups, etc. were in the cupboard if needed. Great shower and fully equipped bathroom. So many amazing sites were within a 5 minute walk. Transit options were very close (many bus lines and taxi stands within a 3 minute walk, and a few metro stops and the North Train station were within 15 minutes. I don’t see how there could be a more central location. As advertised the apartment is small. Sufficient for 1 or 2, but can be a bit tight for more than 2.

Bien apprécié le gîte de Javier. Il est quelque peu petit mais très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons grandement apprécié la proximité des services, des restos, des endroits touristiques . Tout pouvait se faire à pied. Nous étions à 10 minutes de la gare. C'est un gîte que je n'hésite aucunement à recommander. L'accueil que nous a réservé Javier a été tout simplement remarquable. Il nous a fourni quantité d'informations qui a rendu notre séjour très chargé et combien agréable.

Ideal location!

Small apartment on first floor, with Wi-Fi, Ok for two people. Ideally located in historical district near to Cathedral and 2 main plazas/Squares, lots of restaurants and the tourist bus stop. We were met by Javier the owner at this bus stop who then walked us to the apartment, which was just round the corner. Javier made us feel very welcome.

Excellent All Around

Our trip to Valencia was the best part of a seven week tour of Spain and France. Our host, Javier, went to extraordinary efforts on our behalf and made our stay very memorable. The place is little small by American standards, but its also comfortable and everything works well. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot when needed and all appliances worked well. Located in the. middle of old town Valencia, Plaza De La Reina is fifty meters from the front door. The central market is 200 meters Buses and taxis run regularly through the area and everything we wanted to see was well within reach. The front terrace is small but overlooks a really great alleyway that is home to several small retail stores and restaurants. Indeed, the best restaurant was just below our unit and we ate there four times during our stay. We were in Valencia the week before the main portions of Fallas. Things were very festive and everyone in Valencia seems happy and welcoming. There are many cultural attractions nearby including museums, parks and music/opera. Our trip from the airport was 25 euros. The best part was having a friend in Javier who pointed out many options available from the condo. We could not have been happier and highly recommend this to others.
