We would like to clarify that the marks found on the mattress protectors were not urine stains, but discoloration from a prior drink spill. All bedding and mattress covers are professionally laundered and sanitized between each stay. If this had been brought to our attention at any point during your 16-day stay, we would have immediately replaced them. Regarding the hallway bathroom toilet and the fireplace, we wish we had been informed earlier. We did arrange for support personnel to inspect the fireplace, but unfortunately we were unable to complete the check as access was not available at the time. We always encourage guests to notify us right away of any concerns so we can resolve them promptly and ensure a comfortable experience. Thank you again for your stay and for your feedback.
