Cedar Cabin style house in Toledo Bend

Property is located on Toledo Bend just north of North Toledo Bend State Park. Fully furnished kitchen and bath, only need to bring your food and drinks. Fenced backyard, carport, lockable storage shed, and concrete boat ramp on property. 398 Chay, Loop, Noble, La 71462 is the address.

House has central heat/AC. one bedroom has two twin beds, one bedroom has a queen bed. Two smart TVs, Direct TV package, Internet, and DVD player. If you have a Netflix, amazon prime, or other streaming services you can sign into your account on the smart tvs. Has a great lake view from inside the house or sitting on front porch. Bring your favorite four legged family member with you...they need vacations too! No extra charge for your pets.

Great area of the lake for fishing if launched from property or a short drive to many public ramps if you have a favorite place to launch. You should have phone service with most any cell provider and wifi.
This is a nice cozy cabin style house that is simple, clean, and ready for anyone wanting to get away and relax. The people it is most popular with are fisherman wanting to launch on site and fish local areas, which are some of the best on Toledo or people just needing to get away and relax! It is also very accommodating to those who want to launch at some of the more well know public areas for the bigger tournaments with only a short drive without any of the traffic hassle. Nothing fancy but extra relaxing! Able to hear and see all kinds of nature.
Also if your into kayaking we have the perfect place, fishing or rec., over three miles in one direction of water way that is not open water( wont get too rough). Plenty of scenery, plenty of fishing opportunities, and not as busy of an area if your wanting to stay away from a lot of boat traffic in your canoe or kayak!
