Minimal stairs! 15 second walk to pool, 45 second walk to 32x14 boat slip

This first floor (lake level), 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Westside Bay Condos is all about convenience. Parking is close, one floor above condo level (parking lot level is the second story of complex). The parking lot is directly in front of condo building for minimal walking when unloading your vehicle. The elevator and stairs from parking lot are very close to the condo. The lake and pool are only a 15 sec walk from the walk-off covered patio. You can also enjoy the flat yard just off the patio stairs for a game of washers or bags. The condo has updated appliances and plenty of seating inside and on the patio for comfort and dining. The ease of staying at this condo will be sure to keep everyone happy throughout your stay.

We offer a 32' x 14' boat slip for rent (no lift). Our slip is located on a shared dock which is located directly in front of our lake level condo. The boat slip is about a 45 second walk from the condo, making loading up your boat a breeze! Please message us if you are interested in renting our slip for $35 a night.

Three bedrooms will easily accommodate up to seven guests. There is room for a queen air mattress in the master bedroom and in the living room without needing to push furniture out of the way. Each room has comfortable beds, mounted TVs to increase space, and blackout curtains to ensure uninterrupted rest if you wish to sleep in! The kitchen is complete with all of the necessary cooking utensils and tools if you plan to whip up a family style meal.

A full service Woods Supermarket is four miles away and is open until 10:00 pm everyday. Pier 11 convenience store is less than a half a mile away. Beer, bait, and ice within walking distance.

To increase the ease of your stay for all guests, Westside Bay Condo Complex is accessible with ramps and elevators to all levels, including the pool and docks. Condo patio has door lip that makes it difficult for a wheelchair to access patio. Bathroom doors are standard width and do not have grab bars. Our condo is ideal for individuals who have low mobility and can navigate some without a wheelchair. This property may not be suitable for individuals who require use of their wheelchair 100% of the time. Please message us with questions!

An oversized 30’ x 10’ gated patio is big enough for your entire group to enjoy the amazing views of the lake together. The patio faces east and is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. If you'd like to catch some shade in the morning, there are roll down shades on the patio. It is shaded during the heat of the afternoon and evening, which makes having dinner or time outside more enjoyable for everyone. A lawn is just a couple of steps from the patio and is ideal for yard games. The pool is only a 15 second walk from the condo. The pool faces the lake and provides lounge chairs for your use while enjoying the water and view! Pool is shaded in the late afternoon, which makes it great for enjoying with little ones.

Boat rentals are available at Pointe Oasis Marina at the 13 mile marker also has pontoons and waverunners available for rent. They are a short drive by land and water.

Rent a boat and enjoy three deep arms of Davey Hollow Cove - great for fishing and swimming!

If you are bringing a boat, the Shawnee Bend Public Access Boat Ramp is only one mile away by road and a short five minute boat ride to the condo. It provides convenient, free overnight parking for your trailer, but requires it to remain attached to your vehicle. The parking lot is well lit and the boat ramp has a courtesy dock to use while launching or trailering your boat. If bringing a boat, you will need to trailer it Shawnee Bend Public Access Boat Ramp or another location. Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

Pool - 15 second walk from patio, lounge chairs, bathroom located at pool, gated. Pool is in full sun until about 5:00pm. Pool is heated and is only open during the summer season.

*Roku Streaming Sticks in bedroom TVs will provide access to the Charter cable app and various apps such as PBS Kids and the Disney Channel that are included as part of our cable service. If you subscribe to a tv or movie streaming service, you are welcome to use your private login information in order to watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, or Sling TV. If you use a personal account, please be sure to log out at the end of your stay.
