Nihi Kai Villas are located in a quiet residential area of sunny Poipu. This resort area has the absolute best weather on the island. Winter features sunny days, while other parts of the island can be rainy and cool. Why risk your vacation on uncertain weather, when you can have the best right here in Poipu Beach.

This villa unit is located at the end of the private road, at the top of the hill. It is a coveted end unit location offering fantastic views, privacy, and quiet. At the same time, you are within a short walk of beaches, restaurants, and shops.

This is a larger two level unit, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. With over 1450 sq.ft, it is open and airy, with lots of natural light flowing through the unit because of its end unit location. There are extra windows, and the hilltop setting enjoys the trade wind breezes. There is total AC throughout if the weather is uncomfortable..

Recently renovated from top to bottom, including new furniture and linens, this is a 5 star resort accommodation. The main living areas have rich Asian cherry hardwood floors, with travertine stone in the bedrooms and baths. The deluxe kitchen has cherry cabinetry, with a large island, granite countertops, and high end stainless steel appliances. It's rich leather seating, in a European design, fits well with the many Asian inspired accessories. You won't find any of the tired resort wicker and rattan furniture in this unit.

There is A/C throughout the unit, and there are no other units above the bedrooms in this end unit condo.

Dine in, or out on the lanai, where you can enjoy sizzling sunsets and views of the ocean and mountains.
You will have everything you need to prepare a meal in style, or if you want to go out, there are many restaurants nearby.... just a few minutes away. There is a BBQ area as well, if you prefer to grill a meal at home.

A short walk along a pathway of abundant flowers and plants, you will end up at the ocean facing pool. If you prefer the ocean, it is a very short walk over to Brennecke's Beach. Here is the spot to surf or boogie board. If you don't have one, stop over at Nukumoi Surf shop, and pick up something fun for the surf.
A little bit farther walk, is Poipu Beach Park, with is shallow swimming areas and great snorkeling. Pack a lunch (and sunscreen), and spend the day at the beach!
There are also tennis courts available for your use.

There is cable, wireless internet, and two flat screen TV's so you don't have to miss an episode of your favorite TV show or sporting events while on vacation.
