Enjoy a game room with billiards and an arcade machine, a cozy living area with a brick fireplace, plus a backyard patio, play area, and mini putting green. You’ll appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer and multiple bathrooms for convenience.

Located less than 20 minutes from the airport and close to Overton Park, Shelby Farms, Beale Street, and Graceland, this home blends location, comfort, and fun.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the welcoming living room with its brick fireplace and the open kitchen with island seating. The dedicated game room, backyard patio, and play area are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are provided. Parking is available in the driveway and nearby street spaces for up to three vehicles. Your stay here is completely private with no shared areas.

Guest Verification
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Important: A $500 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties or smoking inside the unit with additional $150 cleaning fee for excessive mess. Violations may also result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
