It was very clean and nice quiet neighborhood. But you should know that restaurants close at 8 or 9 pm. Not many in the town. Would definitely rent it again if we are in the area.

Beautiful and comfortable

The house is much larger than it looks like from the street. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, check-in was detailed and all communications were clear and responsive. The house is well-equipped and is truly a home-away-from-home. It is a delightful place to stay and I would recommend it highly.

It was awsome!! My only complaint is no shades or blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. But we loved our stay. We came there for a funeral and everything worked out perfectly.I wil definatly recomend it the people to stay their. My wife is from wadesboro and i'm origanly from Chesterfield, so we knew the area. Thanks for the opertunity to be able to bring our special needs daughter to nc. She enjoyed as well.

Cheap and works just dont stay out to late around there.

Also bedding is quite stiff so if you want something pillow soft this isnt the spot.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication from the owner. I had some confusion upon arrival regarding the lock code, but she took my call immediately and had everything sorted out within seconds. Property was extremely clean and well appointed, and the owner was very accommodating on both check in and check out.

Our stay was wonderful! We needed a place to get away, rest, and reconnect. We were able to do just that. The house was beautiful and clean. We had one super small hiccup. Our family loves smoothies, but there wasnā€™t a blender. We bought one from Roses and all was well again. Other than that, the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great Little Treasure

I was highly impressed with this rental. This being my first rental and having heard horror stories about renting through homeowner rentals, I was a bit apprehensive about what I might find etc. This property far surpassed my expectations. The house is comfortable, clean, and organized; and...did I mention CLEAN? Beautifully furnished and decorated; the pictures are exactly as I found the house. The property owner was so friendly, hospitable, and easy to get in contact with, with prompt return of texts or calls. I felt extremely safe in this location; a quiet neighborhood that I would have gladly walked through had I had the time. So glad I found Anne's Place; I will definitely be using this home again.

Just Perfect

This was a fabulous little house. So clean and comfortable. We really loved it. The homeowner was easy to reach by text, the door opens with a code, no keys to keep track of, the neighborhood so quiet. The bedrooms have black out shades and super comfortable beds and linens so I slept extremely well. Everything was so clean and nicely laid out. The decor was quiet and restful. I have rarely enjoyed a home rental so much. It resembled a hotel in that it felt like it was set up for the customer instead of a house guest. I usually feel like an intruder in someone's home. But this time I just felt like I was at home. It was great.

Gem in Anson County

If you are ever staying in the Anson County area then this is the place to stay! My wife and I enjoyed this small revamped older home. The decor and amenities are spot on. We travel a lot around NC and this was one of my wifeā€™s favorites! Well worth the money!
