Four days into a Florida summer, the last thing you want is to fight over a bathroom or squeeze around a table meant for four. This Lakeland pool home is built for the whole crew - four bedrooms, three full baths, and an open layout that keeps everyone comfortable without stepping on each other's toes. Whether you're here for a sports tournament, a family visit, or a slow-paced stay between Tampa and Orlando, the home holds its own as a genuine base.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite anchors one end of the home with a king bed and a private ensuite bath - your own quiet corner after a long day. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, ideal for couples or anyone who appreciates a little extra space. The fourth bedroom is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds, a practical fit for kids or extra guests. Three full bathrooms means mornings run smoothly, even when everyone's heading out at the same time.

 

Kitchen & dining

The open-concept kitchen is where the group naturally gathers. The large island doubles as a casual breakfast bar, keeping conversation going while someone handles the stove. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - along with dishes and silverware for the full group. Pull up to the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, or keep it easy with takeout spread across the island.

 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where this home earns its keep in August. Step outside and you have a private in-ground pool ready for afternoon swims, and an attached spa to wind down in once the sun drops - note that the spa is not heated. The covered patio comes with outdoor furniture and seating, so there's always a shaded spot to retreat to when the Florida heat is at its peak. The screened enclosure keeps bugs out and extends your time outside well into the evening.

 

Work & connectivity

The home is set up for stays that go beyond a weekend. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make it easy to keep up with work, and the single-level layout - no stairs anywhere in the home - adds a practical ease to everyday movement. A washer and dryer handle laundry in-house, and garage parking keeps your vehicle off the street. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable regardless of what the Florida summer is doing outside.

 

Safety & management

Exterior security cameras cover the front and rear of the home, and a Ring doorbell is installed at the entrance. Smoke alarms are in place throughout. The home is professionally managed, and your host will greet you on arrival - making this a solid fit for extended stays of 28 days or more, with a setup that removes the usual friction of settling into an unfamiliar space.

Lakeland sits comfortably between Tampa and Orlando, putting two major metro areas within reach without the noise of either. Whether you're coming in for a sports event, relocating temporarily, or just using the home as a quiet anchor for day trips in both directions, the location works.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
