There is a spa in our photos but is not an amenity guests may use. The pool IS usable by guests.



The Space:

A quiet morning begins on the screened lanai, coffee in hand, with pool water catching the early light and the sound of the spa humming in the background. By afternoon, the kitchen island becomes the social center - someone prepping lunch while others linger nearby. Come evening, the whole group drifts outside by the pool, or settles into the living room for a movie night. This is a home built for staying a while.



 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and five beds accommodate up to 8 guests across a single-level layout with no stairs. The primary suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bath - a private anchor for the trip. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth room features twin-over-twin bunk beds suited for kids or extra guests. Three bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly without a queue. Bed linens and clothing storage are provided, and a washer and dryer make longer stays feel genuinely easy.



 

Living spaces

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area keeps everyone in the same orbit whether you are cooking, eating, or settled in front of the TV. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating maintain comfort whatever the season brings, and an indoor fireplace turns cooler Florida evenings into something cozy.



 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet, alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The island provides extra seating and keeps the cook part of the conversation while meals come together.



 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai brings the outdoors in without the bugs, with a covered patio area ideal for morning coffee or late-evening wind-downs. The private outdoor pool is the centerpiece of the backyard - Florida sunshine and your own schedule, nothing else required. Outdoor furniture rounds out the space.

Work & practical comforts

A dedicated workspace and Wifi make this home a reliable base for remote work, relocation stays, or extended visits - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcomed. Free parking on premises adds everyday convenience. Safety features include exterior security cameras on the property - Ring doorbell, front and rear cameras on the home - along with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.

You’re positioned between Tampa and Orlando with easy access to I-4, making day trips simple while enjoying a quieter home base.



Nearby highlights include Southeastern University, Sun ‘n Fun Expo Campus, local sports complexes, downtown Lakeland dining and scenic lakes.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

• 1 hour: $59

• 2 hours: $89



Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
