The Home
Newly remodeled and furnished with comfort in mind, The Island Getaway sleeps up to 12 across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every detail is set up for connection and ease. Whether you’re gathering for a meal or winding down after a busy day, this house has it all!

Booking this property confirms that guests have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules and policies listed below. By completing a reservation or submitting payment, guests agree to:
- Follow all house rules throughout their stay.
- Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by their party.
- Promptly report any accidental damage so it can be addressed quickly.
- Understand that repair or replacement costs may be charged through a VRBO damage claim, the VRBO Property Damage Protection program, or deducted from the damage deposit.

We’re so glad to host you.
To keep things comfortable for you and future guests, please take a moment to read these guidelines:

Check-In & Out
- Check-in after 4:00 PM.
- Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Easy self check-in with Smart Lock.

Guests & Quiet Hours
- Primary renter must be 25+ and stay for the duration of the trip.
- Only registered guests are allowed, no unapproved or overnight guests
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Savannah ordinances apply). If police are called for noise, the reservation may be ended without refund.

Smoking
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Smoking is allowed only in the backyard, away from doors and windows.

Pool Rules
- Max 8 people in the pool at once.
- No diving, running, roughhousing, or tampering with pool equipment.
- No glassware, food, glitter, confetti, water balloons, dyes, or other foreign substances in or near the pool. Subject to a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
- Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
- Children under 14 must always have adult supervision.
- Pool hours: sunrise to 10 PM.

Grill
- Clean the grill after use (brush & supplies provided).
- Let us know if charcoal runs out.
- Never leave the grill unattended while lit.

Play Structure
- For ages 3–12 only.
- Adult supervision required at all times.
- One child per swing or slide at a time.
- No climbing on areas not meant for play.
- Please avoid use when wet or stormy.

Tech & Safety
- Please don’t tamper with WiFi routers, thermostats, or security devices.
- EV charging is not permitted (outlets are not rated for it).

Furniture & Décor
- Indoor furniture stays indoors; outdoor furniture stays outdoors.
- Please return yard games and equipment to their spots after use.
- No moving large furniture without approval.
- No confetti, glitter, silly string, or taping/decorating walls or furniture. This is subject to a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

General Notes
- No hair dye or staining products indoors.
- Toilet paper only, no wipes or other products in toilets.
- Report any damage or issues right away so we can fix them quickly.
- Pets are not allowed
- Commercial photography must be pre-approved.
