Welcome to your Belleville retreat! This spacious 3-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience in a quiet residential neighborhood. With modern amenities, plenty of space to relax, and easy access to downtown St. Louis, it’s ideal for families, business travelers, or groups.
Highlights: - 3 bedrooms: 2 with king-size beds, 1 with a queen-size bed – sleeps up to 6 - 1.5 bathrooms: full bath with tub/shower combo + convenient half bath on main floor - 75in Smart TV in living room - 50in Smart TV in one of the king bedrooms - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cookware & utensils - High-speed WiFi throughout the home - Zoned central heating & air conditioning for year-round comfort - Washer & dryer in-unit for hassle-free laundry (for a small fee) - Driveway parking for approximately 4 cars (no street parking available) - Secure self check-in with keypad entry
Location Perks: - Easy access – Very close to downtown Belleville. Conveniently located near Main St, which connects you to local shops and restaurants. Also near bus stops for public transit within Belleville, and the Belleville Transit Center (MetroLink) provides easy connections to downtown St. Louis and surrounding areas. - Quick drive – 25 minute drive to downtown St. Louis attractions, including the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, and several museums.
Whether you’re here for work, a family trip, or a getaway to explore St. Louis, this comfortable Belleville home has everything you need for a memorable stay.
Things to Note: - Pets allowed ($60 fee per pet). Only 2 dogs max allowed. We do not allow cats. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. - Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors. - A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required prior to check-in. - Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM. - Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and yard during their stay. (Please note that the backyard is not fenced in.) - This is a charming older home, which means it has plenty of character, and sometimes a subtle ‘old house’ scent. It’s part of the home’s personality, but we like to note it in case you’re especially sensitive. - Enjoy complete comfort with indoor temperatures easily adjustable between 67 and 73 degrees. - While we strive to provide everything you need, please note that extra sheets and supplies may not always be available during your visit. We provide an initial stock of supplies, guests are expected to supply the rest from there. - Occasionally, our handyman or lawn care workers may be present for maintenance. Rest assured, they will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay unless there's an emergency. - Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward. - Please note that we don't provide extra blankets. Check-in Instructions: - Entry is through a secure digital lock. Entry codes will be provided 30 minutes prior to your check in time. - Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our cleaners' schedule. They charge a small fee, but feel free to ask, and we'll check availability. Keep in mind this service is not always guaranteed.
Parking: - Driveway parking for approximately 4 cars. No street parking available and no close location for overflow parking.
In order to receive the entry code for your stay: - Rental agreement must be signed. - $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit. - Picture of ID must be provided. - All information must match You will not gain entry until this is completed. You will receive a link in a message as well as your email.
All guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement and a security deposit is required in order to receive information to gain entry.
No events: $300 fee and removal from property with no refund if found having an event/party.
No pets: $50 per pet per night for evidence of unauthorized pets. No smoking: $300 fee for evidence of smoking.

The house provided a great experience, situated in a perfect, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. It included all necessary amenities, such as a full kitchen for cooking, and guests particularly enjoyed the amazing woodworking and stained glass throughout the home. The host was outstanding in his communication, contributing to a seamless and pleasant stay.

No major issues. Property appears as advertised. The only issue was one of the TV’s couldn’t be used because of its programming. To the lister’s credit they did offer to fix it, however my family had plans/agenda that couldn’t accommodate. Communication was great and overall the process was pretty smooth.
