- Please be mindful and respectful of quiet hours (10pm-7am).
- Families with children are welcomed!
- The home feels very private and comfortable... you will feel like you are at home!
- The location is centrally located to most famous and popular attractions
- Guests will have access to 2 private parking spaces located on property lot, off street at all times.
- Parking on street in front of the house is prohibited by city of Los Angeles. If you park on the street the city will tow you + fine you. If you need additional parking, please ask the host.
- Home offers powerful portable Air conditioning + heating units in all rooms
- Private patio area with garden available for guests
- You are welcomed to smoke OUTSIDE in the patio + parking area without any issues. Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.
- Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban settings. The house is safe and secure ( exterior camera surveillance 24/7 and fully gated ) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living.
- There is a railroad track located in the street in front of the home. An industrial train passes once per day and can be noisy for about 45 seconds. Other than that, the train tracks are unused.
*Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP.*
