Exquisite Cottage Near Historic Savannah and Tybee

Morgan Estates welcomes you to our elegant cottage home located approximately 10-minute drive to the historic downtown Savannah and approximately 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Our home includes many amenities and it is close to shopping and restaurants such as Target, Crossroads Shopping Center, Whole Foods, IHOP, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Papa Johns, Arby's, Chiriya's Thai just to name a few. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

The following amenities are included:
- Parking in front driveway (2 cars) or rear driveway (3 cars).
- Washer and dryer including detergent.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids.
- Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes.
- Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided.
- Spacious fenced backyard with patio for lounging or having dinner.
- Board/card games.
- Free wifi.
- Sling TV including Amazon Prime, HBO, Starz, and Showtime.

This is a beautiful house with a great layout for hanging out with family, playing games, and enjoying a good meal. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The back yard had a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the weather under the pergola. Plenty of off street parking, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The house was well appointed and even better than we expected. Feels like the host thought of everything! We were there for a graduation at Savannah State University. The location was perfect for us and in close proximity to grocery stores. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place 4 years ago!

Nice place

Exactly what we needed for a business trip. Clean and up to great standards. Only heard 1 argument fight outside in the middle of night during our week stay. Nothing too alarming, they had a bunch of beach equipment if we were to head that way which was nice of them.

Nice home

The home was nice and clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was a little weak but it was overall a nice home. The communication before with the owner was great and he responded in a timely manner. This is a nice home in a great location. I would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

No hot tub on property

No hot tub on this property! We had booked this property because we intended to use a hot tub frequently for our girls' trip. If we had known there was only a jetted jacuzzi, we probably wouldn't have booked this.Besides that....the property was clean and spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. Needless to say though, we were disappointed about the misleading property description.

Holiday Stay

We had a lovely time staying at this jewel of a home in Thunderbolt for this Christmas holiday. My husband enjoyed the tv accessibility and plethora of show options! The best part, was being able to be close in proximity to our family that lives here. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to be in the area again for an extended visit.

Mom and daughter get a way

For an all girls trip the neighborhood is up and coming. The couches are so uncomfortable to sit on. All the mattress need to be replaced. The drive downtown and to the outlets was not bad.

Relaxing Cottage

Very clean and convenient place to stay

The house was very clean with everything we needed. However, the spare queen bed mattress sank in the middle and was not comfortable for the couple who slept there. And the dishwasher leaked. But we would definitely try to stay there again.

Trip to celebrate my sister

The house was a lot larger than what the pictures portray. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could need for a trip. There are a bunch of stores close by and a perfect location for the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Not too busy, and not too far away from downtown or the beach. I will be staying here again if I’m in Savannah.

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here for a local marathon and the description painted a perfect description of a quiet getaway to prep for/recover from race day. The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything from bathroom hotel-like necessities (e.g., little shampoo and conditioner bottles) to laundry detergent pods. When we checked in, there was an electrical issue and we reached out to the owner. Within 15 minutes, he replied and helped us solve the issue. Great customer service. This house is also designed as family friendly and even had board games available. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jimmy.

A wonderful stay for our Savannah Adventure!

Really loved our stay. The house was wonderful and very cute. Only thing to note is that the hot tub listed is a bath tub with jets, not a jacuzzi that would be outside or anything.

This Home is Amazing!

This home was stunning, very well stocked with everything we could need and so clean and pretty. I wish I lived there! The neighbors were kind and friendly, the beds were so comfortable and the location was phenomenal. With that being said, the communication from the owner/property manager was not very welcoming. It was a very curt "Here are the rules and these are the quiet hours. If you break any rules we will know because we have cameras at the house. The authorities will be called to remove you and you will not be reimbursed." We are up in age and not really partiers, but we did come here to have a kid-free weekend to unwind, play card games, drink a little and relax in the hot tub. The communication from the owner/manager made us feel like if we even laughed too loud, the police would come to kick us off the property, which definitely put a damper on our stay. Also, the property is advertised with a hot tub but there is not a hot tub outside. There is a nice jacuzzi tub inside that was wonderful for a solo soak, but we could not get the jets to work. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Just Perfect

My husband and I plus our two kids (21 and 14) just got home from our 6 night stay and everything was perfect. The house was clean, decorated well, plenty of room for our family, and a great distance from downtown Savannah. After long days seeing the sights we looked forward to coming to the house to relax. We would definitely recommend this home. Communication was great too! Couldn’t ask for a better trip!
