Having your own transportation is vital for this area until public transportation is available.

We have plenty of parking and RV hookup.

Unauthorized events and presence of any additional persons on the property without prior approval are subject to mediate removal and/or fines and fees of at least $50 per person per day.



We kindly ask that you disclose the exact number of people who will be attending your events and that you get our approval prior to your events to avoid any unpleasant consequences. Due to the nature of the properly and for your safety, Outdoor areas and all people entering the property are closely monitored by our personnel and outdoor cameras.

Don`t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four legged friends.

IF you are planning an EVENT (birthdays, gender revlea, graduation, wedding etc ) of if there will anyone other than the registered guests present at the property at anytime duringyour stay, please contact us directly prior to booking to make sure we can accomodate you. Additional fees apply and depend on date, type of even and number of people attending. Please note that exterior areas are monitored for your safety and unauthorized person will be immediately removed from the property. Additional forms will be required for events.



A $100 fee will be charged per item if furniture is not returned to its original placement as found at check-in.

Taking indoor furniture outside incurs fine of $50 per item
