Welcome to 7 MILES OF PARADISE located in building C on the 7th Floor.

Estero Beach & Tennis Club is located on the South End of Fort Myers Beach. Our beachfront condo is steps away from your own private beach .
Enjoy the dolphins and other wildlife while walking and shelling on the beach. Please rinse sand off of chairs and other items brought to the beach when return them to the condo.

Property amenities include heated pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. BBQ grills. Cable TV & Wifi. Free onsite parking. ( you will need to fill out a parking pass located on the lower level of building B) if you arrive late it's ok to do it the following morning.

Laundry on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza, The exterior construction has been completed, some retail stores are open for business and the rest are in the interior build out process. Every Thursday thru Saturday 9am. to 1 pm. there is a farmer market at Santini Plaza. CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are next to Santini Plaza.

Publix grocery store is 2 miles to the north Mid Island.

Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind Publix on the back bay these are favorite of ours when we visit.

Discover the North End of the Island there are great restaurants. Yucatan, Nervous Nellie's, Wahoo Willies, Snug Harbor, Margaritaville, Pete's upper deck also Matanzas Inn, Light House Tike bar, Smoking Oyster Brewery (SOB) Dock Fords/ Dixie Fish Company. Bonita Bill's, Pink shell and Diamondhead resorts. Live music at La Ola . Shop for souvenirs or clothes for the beach .

Lovers Keys State Park is 2 mile south on Estero Blvd. Great place to visit. They have amazing wildlife along with hiking trails, kayaking, canoeing, bike riding and picnicking.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee pot & Keurig maker, blender, toaster and grilling tools. We also provide dish & laundry soap, sandwich bags and aluminum foil.

Beach Bag & towels, beach chairs & table, umbrella & sand mats, coolers, etc.

We want to make your stay easy , convenient and the most enjoyable experience as possible. We hope you will come back every year.

We felt very welcome by the way the place was set up. There was a coffee pot ready to go and little personal touches that made it easy for us to have a home away from home. The condo was set up with new kitchen appliances that made it easy to cook in for us. Everyting was clean and shiny. The bed was very comfortable. It had just the right amount of personal touches and space for us to really enjoy our stay.

They had all the amenities you need. It was very nicely renovated. Walking distance to a plaza, right on the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Convenient to Beach

This is a very nice property. The balcony is perfect for an outside dinner. The breezeway at the entrance to the building is always cool and breezy. We enjoyed our stay so much, if only the rain had stayed away! :-/

The Perfect Stay

The condo was beautiful, it is in the quieter part of Fort Myers beach, but it is a short ride to downtown. We drove some days and took the county trolley other days, which was cheap. Saw a ton of wildlife, dolphins, fish, seashells everywhere, and could not be closer to the beach. The owners were fantastic and made sure to check up and make sure everything was going good during our trip. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming down here, especially on a Coupleā€™s vacation.

The condo was easy to find and get into. We like clean and it was. It was small but all that we needed. The weather was gorgeous and the beach was great. Having spent a long cold winter in NH we needed sun. All in all the week was nice.

Check In Arrival Difficult

We never received from VRBO the Unit Number or the Door Communication. We thought that when we arrived we would receive that information at the Management Office but it was closed on the weekend. We were fortunately we were able to contact you by phone. Interesting-two other couples had the same experience as us. Discussed with Bill and Marcie our problem and they also told us of another couple that had the same problem with VRBO never receiving Unit # or Communication for Door Lock. We found that very hard to believe!!!

Mixed Bag

I may not have enough space to put my comments in perspective. My comments in no way are negative about the unit. It is beautifully remodeled and well stocked with essentials. The dual recliners are a big plus and the reason we selected this unit. Any negative comments or ratings apply to the state of Ft, Myers Beach recovery itself.There were very few dining options on the island. You had to go "off Island". Traffic and access to dining facilities near Times Square were limited do to construction of what I believe to be an eventual traffic circle around Margeritaville.Many of the high rise buildings are not reopened yet. Without a major incentive to rebuild dining options, both traffic and congestion will be untenable.Regarding the Estero Beach & Tennis facilities itself, We realized that beach replenishment was still a work in progress. The beach was closed most of the week.The parking lot needs some low level lighting. I know about the Turtle nesting issues and other limitations.Suggestions about the unit. A clock would be nice and a channel guide listing the ones included in the TV package available. Using the channel guide was frustrating because most channel selected required an upgrade.Regarding communicating through VRBO. It was a hit & miss proposition. We received some but not all. I could not see a way to respond to the owners.The owners were very gracious and respectful to our needs and would do everything to answer any questions.I

Absolute Treasure

I have zero negative things to say about this property. I'm picky; I want a clean, quiet, updated stay and this condo checks every box, plus there's a gorgeous beach right outside. I wasn't sure that I would like the studio layout, but it was great for the two of us. The blinds block the outside light and the kitchen lights are so that they don't flood the bed with light. There is a dehumidifier and it's one of the reasons the condo is so nice, so be willing to empty it. It pulls a lot of water out of the air. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. And the owners are equally great!

Quick trip

Unfortunately, our trip got cut short due to Hurricane Milton, but the owners were incredibly easy to work with. The place is beautiful and a perfect location. We really enjoyed our 2 days even though the weather did not cooperate!

Grant and I bought our condo in September 2011 after we had vacationed in Ft. Myers Beach in March 2011 over our sons Spring break. We fell in love with the wide white sandy beach and knew we wanted to purchase a condo and someday retire in Fort Myers Beach area. We plan to have it available to rent for many years. We live in Minnesota and vacation to our condo twice a year to relax and enjoy the warmth of Florida.

Enjoy the walk on the beautiful 7 mile sandy white beach and enjoy the Gulf wild life such as dolphins, heron, star fish, hermit crabs,many sea shells, and more! Directly across the street is Santini Plaza that includes shopping, Pizza, Ice cream, Seafood Restaurant, Sports bar , Dancing bar. Even a Subway and CVS Pharmacy .
