House was clean and had plenty of room for all 12 of our guests. Close to restraints and New Year’s Eve event in the park. Would recommend for friends and family.

Happy with my stay. It’s big with great spaces and decor. Clean. The location was ok. Probably not the greatest neighborhood. I did feel safe in my place. Uber was 9 minutes to Broadway. Grocery store across the street was under renovation. Publix was 6 minute drive away. Over all I would stay again if I needed a bigger place.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my son’s 21st bday. There was plenty of space for everyone, and a nice large kitchen/living area. The place is close to everything but away from the noise which we liked. Not much within walking distance, but we were ok with driving or taking uber when we went out.

Perfect for our trip to Nashville

Great space for 6 adults. More could easily be accommodated. Convenient location. Only a short car ride to downtown Nashville. Quiet and safe area.

Nashville New Year’s Eve

We brought our family, three teenagers and us, to Nashville celebrate New Year’s Eve. We made this booking the day before checking in. We had a minor issue with the door lock not opening with the number we were provided, but that was corrected within five minutes of us calling. The property itself, was clean, comfortable, and provided easy access to downtown Nashville. We are able to drive from the townhouse to downtown within six minutes. The supermarket right across the street was a huge plus allowing us to get small supplies that we needed. The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms as well. No issues with hot water. Comfortable temperature. Able to stream our devices through the TV as needed. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Convenient location

Check in was really easy. The host answered our questions quickly once we were on site. Garbage bin is right onsite. Felt safe in the area. Grocery store and liquor store across the street. 10 minutes from Broadway. Overall great experience.

Short title

It was extremely spacious and in a perfect spot right across from Kroger, and not far from Broadway or the farmers market. Just a few issues in which I had reached out to owners about and never really heard back about. First, the rug in the bottom level bedroom, by the front entrance, had a pretty big stain on it. Getting in and out of bed, I had to constantly put on and take off sandals because I did not know what it was and I did not want to step in it with my bare feet. I had to constantly wear sandals around the entire house because there was just random debris all over the floor. A vacuum will get that up rather than a broom (just a suggestion). Second, there was some pretty bad stains in the fridge that smelt terrible. Third, the oven would not work, despite following the given instructions, and repeating the steps several times. I had food to cook as well as food that needed to be kept warm, but could not do either. The third problem was the only issue that someone reached out about having someone to come and take a look at it. I refused to have it serviced at that time because we were currently not at the house and I couldn't give a good/reasonable suggested time in which we would be back, so I responded staying that it was fine, and that I would improvise. All in all the house served it's purpose, so I can't really complain. I actually enjoyed my stay there despite the minor inconveniences.

Nashville Girls Trip

This property was great! Very clean, close to Kroger's to stock up and close to downtown. The only surprise was the very steep stairs on three levels. It wasn't real clear in the description of the property. It was difficult for some of us but we managed.

Beautiful house and dog friendly!

We were wowed by the size, layout and decor of the place. Very thoughtful touches and we loved it was dog friendly. It’s close enough to downtown that you can either Uber or take a 30 minute walk should you please. The area is generally quiet and safe during the day but I would recommend taking an Uber back if you’re coming back at night. We still walked out dog in the neighbourhood in the early morning and after dinner. We had a great trip and this house played a role in that. It made for a nice home base for all the eating and exploring. The neighbourhood is in walking distance to good food and bars (under 10 minutes) and has beautiful parks. Also, it’s really close to the farmers market! AvantStay was super responsive. Also, parking was right next to the house, abundant and super easy. Thank you for making this a great trip!

We loved that we were within walking distance of the farmer's market and Kroger. The Lyft and Uber rides were only $13 for a large family to go down to Broadway and listen to music at the bars. Several small items in the house needed repair, but we didn't need them fixed the first two days of our stay anyway (weekend workers were scheduled off). Management was friendly. Location was great though. Beds were low to the floor, so my seventy year old mother-in-law had a bit of trouble rolling out in the morning, but the beds were very comfortable. I relaxed in the large, deep tub and the shower was great also. I love the way the place was configured as well.

Beautiful, spacious townhome in a great location.

We were 4 friends there for a girls weekend. Excellent location, close to everything. We felt safe and easily got around to most touristy spots and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the house was laid out well so we could hang out as a group and have our space. We only had two complaints. 1) We had paid extra for an early check and it was not setup correctly. We had to have several phone calls and delayed text communications to get it fixes and into the property. 2) There was no garage door opener, so the only way to use the garage was to drop someone off at the front door to enter the home and open the garage from the inside while we drove around back. It worked out, but it was a huge hassle, and would've been very inconvenient if you were a single person staying here.

AMAZING PROPERTY

First let me start with saying.... THE LOCATION is PERFECT!!! Very close to Broadway and downtown!! We used Uber alot just to be safe and the average uber ride was $9.00. So very convenient!! The house was very spacious and perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things. We cooked several meals at the house. Having 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) with 8 people was greatness! Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend meet up!

My friends and I stayed at Avant Stay by Dottie for a long girls’ weekend. The place was spacious and clean, and had every amenity we could want. Check in and communication was seamless. And the location was near to a grocery store, pharmacy, and farmer’s market. Plus, you could walk to downtown Nashville if you wanted to! So glad we selected this spot!

Stay at Kitty

The house was clean and very nice. Not real stocked but sufficient as we were not there much. A little confusing with text messages and emails as to instructions and where to find things, as the locked closet in the kitchen held the goods but we were unaware. Most places have a book with everything written in it as instructions. Internet was not working but the managent fixed it ASAP. Great location getting to Downtown and other attractions. Three floors a bit much. Elevator would be nice!
