Costa Iguana Private Resort - Paradise Just for You

Costa Iguana is a sustainable/eco private resort , located at the North East of Cebu Island-a 2 hours drive from the City. Our land is 55,000 sqm, safely fenced. This cozy cottage provides a huge sea water pool by the seaside and a balcony which serves as a perfect viewing point for turtle gazing. We offer snorkeling, island hopping, visiting wet markets, cooking, doing volunteer work with children or designing your own jewellery. Forget the busy city, experience solitude and be one with nature!

The space

The Chalet, is in the 55,000 square meter fence land, with a very safe neighborhood.

We have a BEACH WEDDING PACKAGE with maximum 120 person for the day (this includes the pool). And a minimum stay of 1 night with 2 cottages for overnight use (a maximum of 8-sleeping guests). Food/ other wedding arrangement will be additional costs. Please contact me for more information.

Guest access

Everything! If you would like to explore the land, I advice you to take the caretaker with you first. Activities include turtle viewing, kayaking, snorkling, hiking to the village, and wet market (vegetable and meat), island hopping, river paddle boating, free access to our gym in Borbon and if you would like to volunteer with children (for example 2 hours of teaching english or art), we can organise this as well. But you will need to tell us in advance (at least around 1 week) so we can organise this for you.

Interaction with guests

- The host, Michelle, is reachable 24/7 in AirBnB for booking inquiries.
- The resort Owner, Michelle's Mother-Leonila, is reachable 24/7 on her mobile phone for local inquiries.
- We will provide you with assistance personnel that is available for your planned requests, to maintain the area, cater to your questions and for transfers - though he will not be 24 hours there so you completely have your own privacy.
- You will have the entire space alone to yourself but if you want your own private butler on site for 24 hours, this will cost additionally. Do let us know and we can also organise this for you.

Other things to note

We are not responsible for any losses to property, injuries to a person, Minor or Major Fatal Injuries, which may occur inside the property during your stay at the Resort. Each guest, are enjoined to exercise extreme care to their belongings and to self injuries. ( the place is basically safe, and I have the local to assist your needs )

You will need to bring your own food/drinks for the duration of your stay as there will be no cook. Groceries can easily be bought in the city or in the Wet Markets. I suggest to buy in the City, for more varieties. If you need us to help you organise this, do let us know.

Otherwise, you can let us know if you would like us to prepare food for you before hand and we will gladly cook for you typical filipino dishes. We can get the fresh catch seafood of the day or vegetables harvested in our province. Full Breakfast with Juice + Coffee:USD10/person Lunch/Dinner: USD16/person with drinks of your choice + a small starter (not including alcohol or dessert).
