- Parking available on-site (let us know if you need space for additional vehicles).

Note: The backyard is shared but your entrance and living space are fully private.

House Rules & Important Details
To ensure a great stay for everyone, please note:

No Smoking/Vaping:
• Strictly prohibited indoors (a $250 fee applies for violations).

Guests:
• Only registered guests allowed (no parties or unapproved visitors).

Pets:
• Not permitted (due to allergies—thank you for understanding!).

Kitchen & Trash:
• Clean dishes after use.
• Take trash to the outdoor bin before checkout.

Laundry:
• Shared access—please limit use to 1 load/day during daylight hours.

Check-Out:
• By 11:00 AM.
• Return keys/fobs and ensure doors are locked.

Damages:
