This beautiful guest suite rental is located near the front of a property in Excelsior Springs, which is located on a lovely 200-acre ranch with a 15-acre lake, the perfect location for weekend getaways from Kansas City. A total of four guests can be accommodated between the two bedrooms, which contain a king size bed downstairs and a queen-size bed upstairs. The bathroom contains a bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and linens are kindly provided.



The living area boasts an L-shaped sofa set across from the TV, providing guests with a great spot to enjoy downtime together. There's also a kitchen area with everything guests need to rustle themselves up something delicious. Just out the front door, there's a couple of deck chairs on a small patio, a great place to sip on a coffee in the morning sunshine or enjoy the fire pit in the evening. There’s also a charcoal grill on your private patio for cooking out.



Shared facilities on site include the amazing lakefront outdoor room, a stunning wooden gazebo with a corrugated iron roof, with a lounge area and sleek barbecue grill underneath, perfect for entertaining and afternoon cookouts. A few meters away is the lake, where guests can enjoy swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing, a great way to spend a vacation in Missouri!
