Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the comfortable beds, clean bedding, and furnishings. We're glad you were able to enjoy your stay and everything Daytona Beach has to offer. We do want to address a few points for the benefit of future guests. After receiving your comments, we had the unit professionally inspected specifically for mold, and we were pleased to confirm that there is no mold present in the condo. As a beachfront property, humidity and moisture are naturally much higher than they are inland, which is common for oceanfront buildings throughout Florida. The machine in the condo is a dehumidifier. We provide it to help manage the additional humidity that comes with being directly on the beach. We also leave instructions asking guests to periodically empty the water reservoir so it can continue operating effectively during their stay. Regarding the appearance of the condo, we strive to represent it honestly. Our listing photos accurately show that the unit is clean, comfortable, and an older, non-remodeled condo. We intentionally price it below many of the renovated units in the building so guests can enjoy the same beachfront location and amenities at a more affordable price. We appreciate all feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented beachfront stay, and we're proud that so many of our guests have enjoyed exactly that.
