This layout allows you to interact with those in the kitchen & dining area while in the living room - perfect for large groups or families to mingle
🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck
🔹Soak in the privacy from the hot tub (open 365 days a year) or outdoor furniture. Lounge or dine in the shade, and while you're outside, enjoy the games, and gas grill.

The Neighborhood:
Private and quiet. We're located at the bottom of Pikes Peak and right off HWY 24, so you do hear some noise coming from the highway, but it becomes white noise.
Getting Around:
The cabin is easily accessible off of Highway 24, which means great come and go access, but also means highway noise from the house. This area may receive snow from early Fall until late Spring, and therefore vehicles with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive are highly recommended during times of the year when snow is possible.
