This elegant open-plan living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living rooms open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.
The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

The neighbourhood is designed for comfort and leisure, featuring a welcoming community area, playgrounds, jogging track, the lagoon and lush parks where residents can relax and unwind. You will have dining options just a short 5-minute drive away in the wider Dubai Creek Harbour area.
Daily needs are easily covered with Spinneys supermarket just a 5–7 minute walk from Rosewater, while larger stores like Geant, WMart, and Carrefour are only a few minutes’ drive. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the area combines modern living with convenience and charm.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
