Located in the quiet Legacy community in Southeast Calgary, the suite offers easy access to Spruce Meadows, Okotoks, parks, shopping, and dining, while still being within reach of Calgary’s main attractions.

The space includes open-concept living, dining for six, a dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in every room.

Relax in a cozy living space with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with streaming services, and a dedicated workspace. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected whether you’re relaxing or working remotely.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and bakeware. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
The dining area comfortably seats six guests, perfect for shared meals or morning coffee.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom is designed for comfort and restful sleep, featuring:
- Quality bedding
- Smart TV
- Closet or wardrobe storage

Bathrooms:
Two modern, clean full bathrooms, including one ensuite, with:

- In front of the single garage door (please do not block the double garage)

Guests enter through the side entrance, following the path down a short staircase to the private suite.

The suite is accessed via the side entrance and down a short staircase to your private door.

Please note:
The staircase area may occasionally be used for access to the mechanical room.
Guests do not have access to the mechanical room, backyard, or garage.

House Rules:
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No pets
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- No commercial use or filming without host approval
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
