Villa Grande - Spacious Tropical Home - Triple Lot Fenced Yard!

Our spacious Villa Grande home is located just minutes away from the popular Sharky's restaurant, downtown Venice and several fabulous *free* beaches.

A single story fully detached private home, the house has tile floors throughout and features a split design separating the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Many amenities are provided to make your vacation relaxing, including beach chairs, pool noodles, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, shark's tooth strainer and two beach cruiser bicycles with front baskets.

Visit beautiful Venice Island. Shop, eat and enjoy the sunny Florida scenery. Venice, Florida is known as the 'Shark's Tooth Capital of the World' and your vacation paradise is only minutes from Caspersen Beach where you can scoop shark's teeth right out of the shallows. Don't worry, these teeth aren't new, they're prehistoric.

One side of Villa Grande features the master bedroom boasting a King size bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of room for your clothes. The master bathroom has a tub, shower, towel closet and plenty of counter space on the vanity. Feel extra pampered with the plush spa towels and spa robes provided for you during your stay.

On the other side of the home, a pocket door gives the second bedroom its own living area with access to a full second bathroom. The bedroom includes a Queen size bed and a roomy closet for all of those new 'Shark's Tooth Capital' t-shirts. The second bathroom has a spacious vanity top, large mirror and a large walk-in shower.

Also offered is one fold-out Simmons DreamSleep twin bed with very comfy memory foam mattress and a roomy Queen sized sofa bed with gel memory foam mattress in the Florida room.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and updated appliances - including dishwasher. We also stock spices, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar and other basics that you don't have to buy at the store. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and some sample sizes of toothpaste, mouthwash etc so the only thing you need to shop for is perishable food that you'd like to cook at home.

The living room lets you sit back and relax between all of that hard work of laying on the beach and features a large flat screen TV with loads of HD cable channels and the ability to record your favorite shows while you are out. It also features super fast wireless internet access (free WiFi) for seamless Internet content streaming.

Throw open the French door to the tropical back yard and let the breeze pour in as you enjoy a little coffee or tea. Dine outside while enjoying the Florida sunshine under the palm trees while your kids or pets play in the fenced yard.

The garage is attached and includes automatic door control available for your use during your stay and full size washer and dryer for drying those wet bathing suits, washing those towels you were sitting on at the beach or getting your clothes cleaned of one adventure and ready for the next.

Villa Grande has ceiling fans throughout as well as central air and heating. Nearby is a heated outdoor Olympic pool at the Venice YMCA which has great daily, weekly or monthly rates to use the entire facility.

One feature which we believe sets our property apart from many others is that we use a keyless entry system and you are given a code to access the house which is individualized and never the same.

Venice is a very beautiful and laid back city and you're sure to meet other friendly people biking the Legacy Trail and walking as you take a stroll or walk your dog. The local area has several dog parks and Brohard Paw Park Dog Beach where your pooch can run free.

We now sanitize guest handled items such as TV remotes, garage opener, door knobs and light switches for added safety.
