NEW! The Nest Treehouse near Goshen Pass

Newly built and nestled in the Allegheny mountains of Rockbridge Baths, VA, The Nest Treehouse is located less than a mile from Goshen Pass, 15 minutes from Lexington (20 minutes from W&L/VMI) and 30 minutes from Staunton. Come unwind to the soothing sounds of the Maury River and enjoy picturesque mountain views. With easy access to local microbreweries, vineyards & outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing & hiking, The Nest Treehouse is a countryside treasure! My husband and I built The Nest to invoke the sensation of staying in a treehouse. Our intention was to remind our guests of the preciousness of nature and to hopefully seed delight in reclaiming her as the beloved friend that she is.
My husband and I personally clean and manage The Nest Treehouse. We take great pride in providing an exceptionally clean space. DO NOT bring your pets. We are a pet free space not just because the extra cleaning is more than we have time for but we maintain a pet free space for hyper-allergenic guests that stay with us and for ourselves.
We strongly discourage guests from bringing infants/toddlers to our treehouse. Our main concern is obviously the safety of the infants/toddlers. We have three kids ourselves, ages 3, 7, & 14. We are not unfamiliar with the specific challenges that infants/toddlers present. This "alternative" unit was not built with the intention of keeping them safe. The unit is not "babyproofed," and specifically, we have no idea how we would even begin to do that. There are many unforeseen ways that infants/toddlers can accidentally hurt or, God forbid, kill themselves at this location.
