Cozy 2-bedroom cabin in charming Statts Mills with AC

Hello Stormy, my wife and I purchased the campground a couple of weeks after your stay and have replaced the shower heads with hand held units that sit much higher when attached to the bracket for regular use. I am 6 foot and can now very comfortably take a shower in any of our cabins. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Hello Suesan, my wife and I are the new owners of the campground. We actually purchased it 2 days after your stay. we are so sorry you ran into issues that you feeling you did not have as comfortable stay as you hoped. We have been working very hard to make updates and upgrades across our whole site. We have found a homemade organic recipe that repels the Lady Bugs and have been very thorough about cleaning all the window sills and spray the repellent around them. we will be replacing the cabinets and sink in this cabin as soon as money and availability allow. As for the Roku remote and the Mini split heat and ac unit remote, we have not had anyone else have any trouble using them and didn't know there was a need for directions. Each have the least amount of buttons to help with ease of guests using them. We actually had a bad spell of snow again in January and i personally went out and shoveled all porches and walk ways that had guests. We hope you give us another chance in the future.
