Inside, you’ll find:

★ A convenient kitchenette setup with a microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and dining table for two.
★ Entertainment and comfort with a wall-mounted TV, WiFi, AC/heat split system, and ceiling fan.

MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE:
Please note this home has a shared wall with an occupied tenant. You have your own private entrance and outdoor space. Rest assured there will be no interruptions during your stay.
NO LOUD PARTIES:
Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. NO outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and being a Good Neighbor.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
VERIFICATION:
Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.
CHECK-IN FORM:
Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.
CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT:
Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not allowed. We may grant an exception if reach out to us prior to checking in or checking out. Thank you for your understanding!
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: You may not exceed the reservation guest count. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed inside at any time. Violations result in immediate cancellation without refund.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 4PM; Check-out is by 10AM. Early/late requests are not guaranteed and subject to fees.
3. NO PETS: Strictly no pets allowed on the property. This is monitored closely.
4. NO SMOKING: No smoking or candles inside or outside. Violation fee: 250.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 8AM. No outdoor music or noise. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
6. PHOTOSHOOTS: Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval and fees. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
7. NO PARTIES: No events, weddings, or parties without prior written approval.
8. ACCESS: Guests must allow access for necessary maintenance or repairs. We will notify you beforehand.
9. EXCESS MESS: No glitter or confetti. Remove decorations and clean up. Excessive mess fee: 500. Please treat the home with care.
10. WIFI: No illegal internet use. Connectivity/speed is not guaranteed due to external outages.
11. RESCHEDULE: Requests follow the cancellation policy. Reschedules less than 14 days out must cancel and rebook.
12. PARKING: Max 2 cars allowed in the driveway.
13. DAMAGES: Report breakage immediately. Unreported damage incurs a 100 administrative fee plus actual replacement costs charged to your card.
14. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen issues like sickness or weather.
15. CHORES: Please remove trash, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy before check-out.
