It was not clean at all. The walls were incredibly dirty and gross. The guest bathroom was not properly cleaned. I felt very uncomfortable in this home. Whoever cleaned that place did not put any effort into actually cleaning the unit. The blinds in the guest bedroom were horrible. The hanging towel bar in the guest bathroom was broken and someone just hung it back and it almost stubbed my toe. Also to get into the unit it was quite hard because the keypad would not turn on for a few minutes to get the pin in to unlock the door. We have stayed multiple times in this location and this was one of the more unpleasant stays.The mattress in the guest bedroom was so uncomfortable to sleep in and the room was very dark and gloomy. I also recommend replacing all the bedsheets for some decent bedding in this condo.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed this peaceful and beautiful condo in such a safe and gorgeous setting. Communication with the manager was excellent and we would stay there again, and again! :)

Awesome place and location

This was our first trip to the big island and we will be back!! This location and unit was perfect for us. We had a bad experience with a Vrbo a few years ago in a different state but this was a the complete opposite of that. We wish we could of stayed longer but now we know we are coming back and where we are staying!!

Location, location

Unit was very clean and nice and cool upon arrival with lights on and music playing. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer. Ground floor unit with great views of golf course. Pool is located right across the drive.

Great stay!

Loved this property; great location, wonderful pools, beautiful grounds. A couple suggestions would be to have luggage racks, as we had to place our suitcases on the ground, and to have kid friendly cups, plates, bowls. We have a three and five-year-old and did not want to give them glass cup ware. All in all, it was a beautiful trip and we were so thankful to stay in this very comfortable and lovey condo.

The unit and patio were very clean and the unit was very well supplied with all you could need for a wonderful stay. The garage had all you need for the beach including boogie boards chairs umbrellas pull carts snorkel gear and coolers. We will stay here or in another KOHALA COAST PROPERTY the next time we come to Waikoloa.

Michelle with management was fantastic. She responded quickly and resolved any issues we had. 10 stars for her!!! Condo itself could have been cleaner but it was fine. Plan on buying your own toilet paper. Not nearly enough for 4 people for a 2 week stay. Overall a lovely vacation.

If I was to make a suggestion I would put a dresser in the second bedroom. We were there only 4 days but if it been longer it would have been nice to have a dresser for clothes. Otherwise terrific!

Great location but

We loved the location. The condo is tired. The results of many renters has taken its toll. For instance mismatched plates, not enough silverware , ice dispenser did not work, closets were stuffed with extra bedding, dishwasher broke, dark bedrooms(poor lighting), controls for ceiling fans/lights were not functioning, mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced, the blinds for sliding door were mismatched and missing slats(need to be replaced) To be fair, everything that we spoke to Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties about was taken care of in a prompt manner. A new dishwasher was installed after week 1. The property manager was prompt and courteous. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and considerate.

Aloha and we did work with your wife on any issues and things you wanted changed during your month long stay. Unfortunately appliances break without warning and glad we could get a new dishwasher purchased and installed. A new ceiling fan was ordered and just installed. And all other issues have been taken care of. We look forward to your coming back. M2 is a great villa, with relaxing views of the fairways, close to the pool and fitness room. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reviews we read mentioned that there were very few kitchen, laundry, and bathroom supplies available. Well, they certainly rectified that complaint. It was better stocked than any unit we have rented in the past 20 years. The quality of the furnishings was high, the quality of kitchen tools, the pots and pans, dishes, utensils was very good (The one plastic measuring cup however leaks and needs replacing). There are a number of things I would suggest need fixing or replacing. The door on the washing machine hits the door hiding the washer/dryer. The washing machine needs to be shifted to the left. Plumbing repair is needed for the shower in the second bathroom. The shower does not work because the valve controlling the shower/tub does not stay in the shower position. The grout in the second bathroom floor is coming loose.The beds need replacing. Assuming these issues are corrected, we would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
