The space

Fieldcrest combines farmhouse charm with modern comfort. The main level features a primary bedroom with king bed, a spacious family room with 65" TV, and a second living room for reading, relaxing, or games. Bedrooms include 2 king beds, a queen-over-queen bunk, a queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa. All rooms have TVs (60" in king rooms). Bathrooms: 1st floor full bath with shower + soaking tub (non-functioning whirlpool), 1st floor half bath, and a 2nd floor bath with double vanities & tub/shower.

The fully stocked kitchen makes dining easy, and a large dining table seats up to 12 guests comfortably, with an additional bar area that includes 4 stools. A coffee station is provided with both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, along with grounds, pods, flavor syrups, creamers, and filtered water. A laundry space with washer/dryer, iron, and steamer is also available. Guests will also find hair dryers, toiletries, and even travel amenities like toothbrushes and shaving kits. Enjoy board games indoors or step outside to the furnished patio with fire pit, Adirondack chairs, grill, and yard games.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the home except for one locked cleaners' closet. Garage and basement are not part of the listing and may contain owner items. Driveway parking is provided for multiple vehicles - please do not park on the main road.

- Primary bedroom conveniently located on the first floor
- Bathrooms stocked with hair dryers, makeup towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner
- Linens and towels are washed with fragrance-free detergent; laundry pods and dryer sheets provided are also fragrance-free for guests with skin sensitivities
- No parties or events permitted
- No pets permitted
- Please considerate of neighbors; quiet hours and local noise ordinance apply after 10pm
- Plenty of driveway parking available, but no street parking allowed
- For safety and compliance: exterior security cameras monitor entry points and property, and noise monitors are in place (indoors are not recorded)
