Collier Ridge Community Pool Rules
Pool Opens May 1st and Closes September 30th
Pool Hours are 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
1. Limit of two (2) guests per household
2. Guests must always be accompanied by a resident
3. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult resident
4. Children under 16 are not allowed in the pool or pool area without adult supervision.
5. Diving is not permitted
6. Solo swimming is not permitted
7. Running is not permitted in pool area
Boisterous play, bicycles, and skateboarding are not permitted in pool or pool area
9. Games that disturb other swimmers are not permitted in pool
10. Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted in pool or pool area
11. Persons with communicable diseases, covid or skin, eye or nasal infections may not use pool
12. Animals are not permitted in pool or in pool area, except service dogs
13. Please dispose of all personal trash in provided receptacles
14. Please remove all personal belongings before leaving the pool area
15. Swim diapers are required on all children who are not restroom trained or under 3 years of age
16. Grills are not permitted in pool area
17. Pool telephone is for 911 calls only
18. Food is not permitted in pool area
19. Glass containers are not permitted within pool area
20. All Guests must rinse feet off before entering the pool
21. Weapons of any kind are not permitted in the pool or pool area
22. Any damage to furniture or pool area should be reported to HOA immediately
23. No Smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco in the pool area
24. Proper swimwear is required, No thongs, T-back, jeans or cut-offs allowed
25. Adult swim hours will be from 8am - 9am
Owner has carefully read the Collier Ridge pool rules and agrees to abide by the above rules. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of pool privileges for the pool season.
