This 1-bedroom suite is located right next to Menara Mitraland, The Strand Garden Offices and Giant Hypermarket. It is opposite Alpha Fertility Centre and The Strand shopping mall with lots of choices of eateries, entertainment, and even a cinema! There are also other malls within the vicinity - Giza, Nexis. Other malls like IKEA / 1 Utama / The Curve / Kidzania can also be reached via the MRT.

There is no wifi or TV in this condo. We would prefer for guests to come over and relax yourselves, go explore around the neighbourhood or take a dip in our infinity pool on the rooftop. The best view is up there!

There is free wifi access at the rooftop club lounge if you really need to be connected to the internet. OR if you really need a wifi in the unit, we can get you a portable wifi at a small fee. Please let us know in advance!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the condo is surrounded by food outlets, bazaars, shopping malls and entertainment such as Giant hypermarket, Giza Mall, Sunway Nexis Mall, The Strand Mall, Cinema, Daiso (RM5.90 shop) etc. You can even find outlets for massage, karaoke, ice cream, coffee, banana leaf rice etc all around the place!
