Summary:

This beautiful 1-bedroom condo is located in the brand new Station Park Union Towers. You'll be in the midtown district, in between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. Station Park is one of the newest (and sleekest!) additions to Kitchener -Waterloo's growing skyline. This open-concept space is large enough to host 2 guests at a time, and features spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony patio, and a separate bedroom with a King sized bed.

This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, and is large enough to host up to 2 guests at a time. The bed comes with fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and a comfortable King size mattress.



The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.



The living room has a boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines.



At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicentre of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists.



(Clothes Dryer: The Midea dryer is ventless and may need its water drawer emptied to work properly. The drawer is on the top left below the “Midea” logo—pull it out, empty it into a sink or tub, and slide it back in.)

• 24-hour parking: approximately $30

Rates are managed by the parking operator and subject to change. The parking fee is to be paid directly to the operator.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.



Parking:

• There is on-site public parking available underneath the building between the two towers. Daily parking is typically around $30 per 24 hours, depending on duration and time/day. Please note that rates are managed by the parking operator and subject to change.



Additional services:

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

Wish the parking instructions were clear. I didn’t know I had to collect the key before parking instructions the garage. I was stuck in the parking lot for a good amount of time until someone else me out. I could have drove up and paid 1 hour’s of fee for being underground for a few minutes. But I was holding for a smoother experience. I wish there was a pass code given during the time of check in for getting to the lobby via the elevators.
