The Space:

Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is only $50

Comfortable 1br units located on a quiet residential street in Historic Dilworth, 1.5 miles from Uptown. Perfect for long- or short-term stays with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and a screened porch for dining and relaxing.

The neighborhood has a mix of stately homes and craftsman bungalows, many built in the early 1900s, along with several vibrant commercial areas that provide an abundance of local restaurants and shops, making Dilworth the most pedestrian-friendly, walkable neighborhood in the city.



One great feature is each unit has a large porch which provides a comfortable outdoor living and dining area to take advantage of Charlotte's wonderful climate, whether for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a common area with a gas grill and outdoor dining available.



In the fully-equipped kitchen, there are brand-new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with an ice maker. We also provide complimentary snacks & beverages.



A full-size washer and dryer are also included inside each apartment. There is a desk, wifi, and a small stereo CD player with a place for your iPod or MP3 player. A large flat-screen television in the living room is wifi enabled and streams Netflix and Hulu. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV.



Located just 1.5 miles from the central business district (Uptown), you'll be able to walk to 3 parks, two full-service grocery stores, 40+ restaurants (Thai, vegan/raw, Indian, Italian, Peruvian, new American, etc.) massage studios, coffee shops, art galleries, consignment stores, neighborhood pubs, and other amenities, along wide sidewalks under huge willow oak trees.



Within just a couple of blocks are many dining options, including a sushi restaurant, one of the best Italian restaurants in Charlotte, a coffee shop, a yoga studio, several neighborhood pubs (one with live music most nights), a popular breakfast spot, a full-service grocery store, and a park with a tennis court. Scenic Latta Park is just a few blocks away with a woodland trail along a small stream.



A transit stop 1/2 block away provides bus service directly to Uptown, the Convention Center/Time Warner Arena/Panthers Stadium, and in the other direction to SouthPark (upscale shopping) every 15-20 minutes.



The Lynx Blue Line light rail is only a 15-minute walk away, with trains going directly to Uptown in 10 minutes. Carolinas Medical Center (Levine Children's Hospital) is 4 minutes away by car or an easy 15-20 minute walk.



Annual events in the neighborhood include the Greek Festival, Festival in the Park, and the Dilworth Criterium bicycle race.



With so much at your doorstep, and great access to public transportation, a car is not needed, and many of our guests simply take a taxi from the airport and explore the neighborhood on foot.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.



Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

HVAC

This unit may be heated and cooled by window units instead of central air.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
