The home is rich with thoughtful touches and custom designs, like the elegant archways from the living room to the dining area and kitchen, luxe marble finishes, and custom fabricated light fixtures.



Located on a quiet country road in the heart of the ultra hip Kerhonkson/Accord area, the home features a covered front porch with farm views. Step inside to discover an airy, light-filled layout. The home features a spacious open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings, allowing light to pour in from eyebrow windows high above. It's all set for your stay, with comfy seating, a cozy wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals or evening gatherings. A circular dining table encourages shared meals and a sliding glass door opens directly onto the deck, which features a seating area, outdoor dining table, and grill.



The primary bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower plus direct access to the deck. Also in this wing of the house, find two other guest rooms, one also offers a king size bed while the other includes a double bed and a TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located in the hallway. The fourth guest bedroom features a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower draped in marble. Each bedroom boasts large windows offering scenic views of the pastoral surroundings.



Downstairs, the basement entertainment room offers a cozy couch and tv area where you can curl up for a movie, or play a game with friends. You can also fix your favorite drinks at the custom bar or play a few lively rounds of ping pong in this well outfitted space. Yoga mats and blocks are also offered for a zen moment downstairs, or on the deck.



Outside, the spacious front and back decks invite you to relax, dine al fresco, or simply take in the sunset over the surrounding landscape. Getting Around:

High Meadow House is just 2.5 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the I-87 S, NJ-17 S and NY-17 E. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.
