This charming condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your vacation getaway in Wisconsin Dells. Situated in a resort setting, guests have access to on-site golf, as well as a playground. Whether you're looking to explore nearby attractions like theme parks, winery tours, and museums, or relax at home, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to choose from, including horseback riding, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter months, you can hit the slopes for downhill skiing or snowboarding, or give snowmobiling and ice skating a try.

With a cozy gas fireplace and a smart TV above it, you can lounge blissfully inside after a day of exploring the area. The table and chairs by the window provide a lovely spot to enjoy your coffee every day while taking in the morning sunlight. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and is spacious, making it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay. When your evenings begin to wind down, go for a soothing soak in the jetted tub before falling asleep. Each bedroom features its own TV for private viewing, while the primary even has its own fireplace.

Things to Know:
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes. This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
