Welcome to Coachella Sol Haus, a sun-drenched desert retreat made for connection, comfort, & unforgettable memories. This spacious 2 story home blends family-friendly warmth with resort-style amenities — the perfect base for festival weekends, golf getaways, or peaceful poolside escapes under the stars.

Shining from sunrise to starlight, Coachella Sol Haus features a heated pool, hot tub, firepit, string lights, games, & an Insta-worthy mural. Inside, enjoy a chef’s kitchen, a loft with an 85″ TV, family amenities, & a Tesla charger.

Comfortable Accommodation:

- Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, Primary suite with king bed and ensuite spa bathroom

Parking:
Guests may park one car in the garage, two in the driveway, and additional street parking is available in front of the home.

Contactless, 24/7 Check-In:
For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Guest Portal:
Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

NO SMOKING:
This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. A $500 fine will be issued for smoking anywhere on the premises.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog. Please note: There is a fully fenced dog park over our back fence that guests are welcome to use.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

Pool heater:
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, he comes and goes through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

Desert Living:
This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 6 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
