Regarding access to the condominium, we would like to clarify that we provide very detailed arrival instructions, including written guidelines, photos, videos, and even a map to ensure a smooth and easy check-in experience. In fact, many of our previous guests have specifically mentioned in their reviews how simple and efficient the access process is, as well as how responsive and prompt we are when assisting with any questions. Concerning the cleanliness of the floor, we would also like to address this point. As we explained in our private communication, the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. I personally verified this as the owner. What may have caused confusion were a few small paint marks, as the apartment had been freshly painted shortly before your stay. We are always committed to maintaining high standards and clear communication, and we truly value your input as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
