Conveniently located in the heart of Surf City, explore nearby attractions like the Surf City Pier, local shops and boutiques, fresh seafood markets, and fantastic dining options within walking distance. Most importantly, the beautiful beach is just steps away! A short stroll from your condo will lead you to private community access to the sandy beach, where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean!
The property offers several amenities, including a large, outdoor pool (typically open from May 7th through September 30th), sun deck, and gazebo. On-site laundry facility, community fitness room and off-street parking are also available for your convenience. Two parking passes are provided with each unit.
This unit is located on the second floor and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. It features 1 bedroom, a newly updated kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable Queen bed. There are also new, comfortable bunk beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. After a day at the beach, relax on your private oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Surf City beach and the soothing sound of the waves. This will undoubtedly be a vacation to remember!
Guests have access to the downstairs storage closet for their convenience. Linens are included, ensuring you'll have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
