Relax with a cool drink in-hand and watch the waves roll up onto the sand from the private balcony of this oceanfront retreat in Carolina Beach! While the surf and warm sands are just steps away, this condo is also conveniently close to several local attractions including the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, and the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, all within 15 miles of your door.

Back home, prep your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table. After meals, bust out the board games for some family fun or sink into the matching sofas and watch TV into the evening.

This condo also comes with central air-conditioning to beat the heat during the summer months and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your swimsuits and towels bright and clean!

Check in and parking were easy! The beach was just steps away and very easy to access! Perfect location! We had a great stay and a wonderful time on our honeymoon.

3rd floor was difficult to climb. Would have been great if there was an elevator. I kept calling about the parking permit because there wasn't one in the condo. Never did bring one to put on car dashboard. Parking in the garage under the building is very tight. Need a small vehicle. Condo was in bad condition. Flooring needs to be changed and condo needs to be painted. No instructions on how to lock the door with the code. Had to figure it out-googled it. Sliding doors are hard to close. A little off track. No electric can opener. We bought a manual one and left it for other renters. Couldn't turn down A/C past 73 or would freeze up (per notes on fridge). Good that every room had a ceiling fan. Nice oceanfront view. Quiet building and neighbors. Didn't hear any late night parties.

Nice location

Other than a bit of confusion about parking passes upon arrival, the stay was great. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but not bad, other than the phone booth sized shower in second bathroom.View was fantastic from balcony and from the dining room table!!Beds were comfy, towels and linens provided were clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay on the beach!

This was a lovely condo right on the beach! I loved watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning! Sheets, towels, soap, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided so you can save room when packing!! I would suggest bringing along a sharp knife if you plan to need one and also a can opener and a decent frying pan. You may also want to bring along some board games! I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again sometime!

Need to update bathrooms

Both bathrooms are deteriorating, bit otherwise the condo was nice. Amazing view. Very quite and parking easy to use.

Carolina getaway

The condo has a great view of the ocean. It is a third floor walk up, so there are stairs to climb. Mostly the condo was great though there were a few things that didn't work. Also we could not find the parking passes in the unit. For the most part we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the sea.

The screen doors don't work well very poor you have mold on the Bay window in the dining room. The curtain, thank you the balcony door the rods are all bent up the hallway door entry on the outside the light bulb turned out and when it's at night time you can't See the keypad to get into the condo.I told management about the light never got fixed. We had to use a flashlight to see key pad

Close to the beach

Great oceanfront view. It is on the third floor which is a hike up the stairs. There were no parking passes to be found. This place was not very clean and a lot of things did not work. The dryer takes a long time to dry. There were no batteries for the tv remotes. There is no water pressure in the master bathroom sink or shower. Needs updated. Master Bed is not comfy.

Oceanfront

Great location. Not very clean. Stained carpets and musty smelling. Bed was OK although it made a lot of noise if you moved. We were given the wrong entry code so we were not able to get in to the unit for approximately 20 minutes until they realized that we were given the wrong code and corrected that. We were asked to check in later than we were originally told because housekeeping was not finished. Thankfully, the air conditioner rocked! There were no parking passes and although we were told we had three parking spaces staff wasn’t really sure where those other spaces were.

Summer Trip

Pleasant stay for the most part. Condo located on the third floor meant climbing four flights due to elevated homes. Tough getting everything up upon arrival. Plenty of free parking in the Condo lot. Outside shower was nice for removing sand. Beaches were decent, though small. Wave action rough, making entry and exit tough. Rip tides prevalent, so need to check weather daily to see if safe. Only two days had warnings over two week stay. Used those days for trips to Wilmington & Wrightsville. Both charming places. Wilmington's River Walk is fun with a host of eateries to choose. Lot's of shops and antique dealers to visit, if inclined. Wrightsville beaches are impressive, large with clear water for swimming. Town is a bit upscale, which was nice. Aquarium at Fort Myers was fun. Not too costly and filled with interesting exhibits. Worth the trip! Lots of places to eat in all the towns, including Carolina Beach. Also, there's an amusement park in CB, although a bit pricey. Fireworks every Thursday at the amusement park. Nearby is Squiggles Ice Cream alleged to be 7th or 8th best in the USA. I thought their prices were reasonable and the selection was endless. Go to Freddies for the best pork chop on planet Earth. Their other entrees are very good, as well. Plenty of Mexican restaurants, including "The Spot", which was fabulous. 50's Diner was small, but portions huge! All in all, a great two weeks in a nice condo.

This condo is on the 3rd floor- LOTS OF STAIRS but has amazing access to the beach. The actual condo is falling apart. The hall bathroom shower makes a HORRIBLE squealing noise if the water faucet is not pulled out perfectly, the glass shower door is hard to open, the sink cabinet is falling apart and the doors do not close. The master bathroom sink has chunks missing from the bottom. The master shower is also maybe a 30x30. It is SOOO small. The water was very warm and cozy! The washer/dryer is very old and the dryer vent fell apart while we using it. The kitchen counter top is contact paper that is peeling off and the cabinets have been painted over a million times. The TV's in the condo were very small but did work well. The carpets were tearing apart so the owner put little rugs down in these spots that I kept tripping over. Parking was confusing as there are no parking passes but you are allowed one parking spot and then the neighbors said they would tow our car without a parking pass. The outside light needs to be replaces but that needs to be fixed through the HOA, no idea how to contact them. I feel like the pictures posted do not accurately depict the condition of the condo. The internet worked well!
