Charming 1 bedroom duplex with shared swimming pool, near the marina and a quick drive from shopping and dining.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this one-bedroom property occupies the entire ground floor of a large duplex property. Discover a range of eateries and boutiques within a 10-minute drive. Rent a boat from the Ocean Isle Marina & Yacht Club and spend a day on the Intracoastal Waterway. Head to the Ocean Isle Beach and Pier to spend sunny days splashing in the water. Additional attractions include River Country Mini Golf and the Museum of Coastal Carolina.

Whip up tasty meals in the gleaming kitchen, then lounge in style amid the completely remodeled interior. Use the backyard grill for a barbecue, then gather on the front patio to share stories of the day's adventures. Top it all off with a dip in the shared pool! Unwind in the open living area, featuring casual-chic coastal decor, a sleeper sofa, and a smart TV. Prepare delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Four can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table seats guests.

This vacation rental sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, and a desk. The guest bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. Sip a crisp drink on the covered front patio, where relaxed seating accommodates everyone. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue in the partially fenced backyard, shared with the upstairs unit. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Summer vaycay

The house was nice, in a quiet neighborhood. It was only a few minute drive from the beach. The cleanliness of the home on arrival was a big issue that left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.

Ocean isle bottom floor

Cute place at end of neighborhood, semi quite area. You will hear the people above so brace for that, if they have dogs you'll hear them too. WiFi was mediocre at best, ended up having to use my hot spot. Pull out bed is exactly that, couch is comfy. Could use some more cooking utensils but enough to suffice. Crock pot is broken and shower head lacks pressure. Other than that it's a beautiful location and pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the salt water pool as it was 85ish water all week. This stay depends alot on who your upstairs neighbors are and how long you actually utilize the house. It's a good place to knock out and hang out for a few with a nice front covered patio. Bit tight and bright so plan on putting kids in room with you bc the whole house is windows. Would probably go back but only if I knew who was above me for sure and the price wasn't so much.

Nice Place, Horrible Neighborhood

December 2022: This beach house looked great online and the interior looked beautiful. Upon arrival it was just as the pictures presented & we loved the beautiful interior. Unfortunately, this great rental was in a delapated neighborhood that was in great need of upkeep. A beautiful beach house in the middle of run down mobile homes and horrible unkept yards. Mobile homes are just fine, but these were horrible. The online reviews were spot on, it was in need of a proper cleaning & the upstairs renters could be heard stomping around every day. The interior space was actually really great and perfect for a short or long stay, it just needed to be cleaned (sinks clogged with hair and floors were dirty) and relocated to a clean neighborhood. True Definition: something that is in poor condition but that is likely to become valuable with appropriate care or attention." Except for the bad neighborhood. Thank you so much for this feedback! We will use it to improve this home for future reservations. I'm very glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay with us! We hope we get the opportunity to host you again sometime in the near future.
