The building's condominium organized the wall restoration in the stairwell, and neither we nor you were aware that the construction company would disconnect the hallway lights. We completely understand how unsettling it must have been to find your way up the stairs using your phone lights, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and worry this caused. Your safety and comfort are always our priority. Thank you for contacting us right away and for your understanding while we arranged the refund for the remaining nights.
