The space
Enter through your own separate entrance with convenient back-of-house parking and a private yard oasis. You enter the suite into the mudroom, a practical spot to hang jackets and hats and to store shoes. This area includes a bunk nook with a twin over full bed that is perfect for children or extra guests, plus an office nook for those who need a place to work.

The neighborhood
West of Market is one of Kirkland’s most desirable neighborhoods. Enjoy a peaceful residential setting close to parks, waterfront trails, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Kirkland and Marina Park are only a short walk away, typically five to ten minutes depending on pace.


Cleanliness
We follow enhanced cleaning practices. High-touch surfaces are sanitized, and extra cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.


Pets
We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. The weight limit is typically forty-five pounds. Pets must be fully house trained. We prefer no puppies.


Parking
One dedicated gravel driveway spot with room for a second vehicle if needed, plus ample street parking.


Accessibility Note
Please note that the entrance to our guest suite is a basement level so you will enter through a private entrance that includes thirteen stairs down to the suite. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or those who prefer step-free access.
