• Party Policy:
Please note that parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of £2,000 will be applied for violations, and legal action may be taken in line with the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.
• Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fee of £300 will be charged for any breaches to cover cleaning and deodorizing.
• Damage Policy:
Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of check-in. Guests may be held liable for any unreported damage or losses discovered after this period.
• Please note, that we do not offer luggage handling or storage services, and you will be responsible for managing your own belongings.
