Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice oasis for a couple! Living room was specious and the couch was the best part! Bed was comfortable and the views were amazing! This place has everything you need for a getaway! Right near the elevator but not so close you hear everyone it opens and closes. We will be staying here again!

The condo looks exactly like the pictures!! Amazing views and easy access to the beach. The beach area in front of the resort was not overly crowded. We had a small issue with the lock on our door and the maintenance staff was there within 10 minutes to fix it! Parking is across the street as with most of the oceanfront properties but it wasn’t too bad. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

It was a very nice property and super clean. Enjoyed the location and its proximity to broadway and shopping. Would recommend and stay here again. The only issue we had was there was only 2 towels for 7 days, we had no wash clothes and had to get them (which were delivered same day) and the battery on the door entry went out and it took 2 hours to get it fixed. That was a huge inconvenience at 9 pm in hot weather. One suggestion is to maybe have a channel guide for guests for the tv.

Home, NOT,Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rooms were great The ac was excellent The tub/shower was a challenge to get in and out of, but it was an elegant piece. We had a meal fork and a salad fork 2 total, the cooking utensils were cheap n thin.No extra hand towels or wash cloths were provided even though our contract said they were under the sink.When starting your shower the water smellt like rotten eggs, by mid stay the stink was gone The balcony view was spectacular and the seats and table were a great amenityThe king bed was "JUST RIGHT"A large screen smart TV in both rooms XLENT Dual reclining couch another great amenityAll in all an 8 out of 10

Needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had to sweep and vacuum the floor because there was sand everywhere. Couldn’t have been mopped either with all of that sand. Only had two forks to use. Pots and pans needs to be thrown out. Very old and worn. Luckily we brought our own frying pan.Bed was too firm causing my significant other to have back and hip pain. Shower pressure was very low. Maybe could have been because of the type of shower head. Since the room doesn’t have a dishwasher, it might be a good idea to have a quality dish detergent instead of that cheap detergent. Luckily we brought our own. For the amount of money we spent, things should have been better.
