It includes a private attached bathroom with a shower and direct access to the second backyard patio — ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings outdoors.

Adorable and thoughtfully designed, the children’s room features:
• A twin bed
• A crib
Located just across from the second master suite, it’s perfect for keeping little ones close by.

Downstairs Guest Bedroom
This inviting bedroom includes:
• A queen bed
• Nightstand and accent chair
• Convenient access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo

Main Living Room
The oversized living room offers ample seating with a large sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a smart TV — perfect for movie nights or watching the big game with the whole group.

Gourmet Kitchen & Dining Areas
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and includes:

On either side of the kitchen, you’ll find two dining rooms with ample seating for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together.

• A beautiful in-ground pool (Available for use March-September - The pool is not heated for the winter and will be covered.
• Multiple patios for lounging or dining

• A built-in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill (plus a charcoal grill provided)
• A gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars

The fully fenced yard makes it safe for children and pets to play and explore.

Private Home Gym
One of the garage bays has been converted into a private indoor gym, equipped with everything you need to stay active during your stay. This will be the only garage space you will have access to the other garages are off-limits to guests.

Pet Friendly
We happily welcome pets! The secure fencing provides peace of mind for both pets and families. We do charge an additional pet fee per stay including up to 4 pets. If you have more than 4 please message us directly before booking.

Parking
The oversized driveway offers ample parking for multiple vehicles. At the time of booking, please notify us of how many vehicles you’ll have at the home.
