House located 3 km. Cathedral and the Camino de Santiago with WIFI

Located just 3 km. Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela itself, is a beautiful house, in front of which passes the Camino de Santiago which leads the pilgrim to Finisterre, in a quiet area with little traffic and easy parking. From the house there are beautiful views of the cathedral and the historical center of the city. The house is next to South University Campus, 500 m. Clinical Hospital and a 20 min. about the beaches and coastline.


Seating for 6 people, has 2 bedrooms (with 1.5 beds), bathroom, living room (with two sofa beds), kitchen with pantry and terrace. It is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home: heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV, Freeview, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, mixer, thermostatic shower, etc, and fully equipped (kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. .).


Getting there: Entering Santiago in the exit Noia, leaving South University Campus right, passing two roundabouts you come to a third roundabout just opposite the University Hospital. There, about 20 m. the roundabout turn right crossing a river by a small bridge. After crossing the bridge turn right and continue along the river as 200 m. right to leave a detour and follow the track up. From there about a mile is the house.

Anyway, the owner usually meet with the client to accompany him to the house.
