*Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

- Identification & Security Deposit
A valid passport or Emirates ID must be provided prior to arrival.

-Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Day visitors are allowed with prior host approval.
No unregistered overnight guests.

The apartment is for residential use only.
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

-Children & Safety
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool and BBQ area.
Safety features provided include a pool gate, first-aid kit, fire extinguishers, and fencing.

-Pets
Pets are not allowed.

-Smoking
No smoking, sheesha, or vaping indoors.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

-Noise
Please respect the neighbours at all times.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Excessive noise or disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.

-Cleanliness
Please keep the apartment tidy and dispose of waste using the provided bins.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request (extra charges apply).

-Damage & Liability
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
The host is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Travel insurance is recommended.

-Security
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa.
Do not share keys or access codes with anyone.

-Pool Rules
Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
No glass or sharp objects near the pool area.
No diving or rough play.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or around the pool area. Children are not permitted in the pool without adult supervision, even for short periods.
Appropriate swimwear is required at all times.
The pool area may become slippery when wet. Use caution at all times.
Any damage caused to the pool or surrounding area will be charged to the guest.
