The River North Loft is a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment overlooking the Chattahoochee River—an idyllic escape just minutes from everything Atlanta has to offer. Located 5 minutes from downtown Sandy Springs and about 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, it’s the perfect balance of peaceful nature and city convenience.

Enjoy views and easy access to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, which spans 48 miles of protected river corridor and more than 60 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails through the metro Atlanta area.

Enter the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood and feel the stress slip away. A private, wooded path leads you to your own entrance and a fully furnished, thoughtfully decorated home. Step inside to soaring windows that stretch from floor to pitched ceiling, immersing you in the surrounding trees and natural light.

The open floor plan includes a full kitchen with an oversized island, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, tea kettle, large pantry, and refrigerator with filtered water and two types of ice.

The living and dining area features a deep sofa, 60” Samsung smart TV, wood-burning stove, and vintage dining table, blending modern comfort with rustic charm.

Retreat to the bedroom and adjoining spa-like bathroom, complete with a waterfall shower, free-standing soaking tub, and water closet with bidet. A stacked washer and dryer is provided for convenience.

Step out onto your private balcony each evening to watch the sun set over the trees—the best view in the house.

The apartment sits above a two-car garage. Our family of four (plus two Border Collies) will make every effort to provide peace, privacy, and open communication to ensure your stay is exceptional.

30+ day stays are preferred, though shorter-term rentals will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cleaning fee is calculated for 30-day stay and includes one mid-stay cleaning and cleaning upon check-out. For stays beyond 30-days, cleaning service will be provided every two weeks for $175.
